The seller

Items are sold by ThemeGuy. Our business details are on the contact page.

Accounts

You need an account to buy. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Buying

Prices are shown on each item page. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card or bank details. An order is complete when payment is confirmed.

Licences

Each purchase gives you a licence as described on the licences page. The item remains our intellectual property.

Refunds

AI-assisted items

Items are designed and built with the help of AI tools. Demo names, people and content in items are fictional.

Liability

Items are provided as described, without other warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to new purchases.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
