Cancellations

Because items are delivered instantly as downloads, an order cannot be cancelled after payment is confirmed.

When we refund

We refund in full when, within 14 days of purchase:

• the item does not work as described and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your report, or
• you were charged twice for the same item, or
• you paid but did not receive the download and we cannot deliver it.

We do not refund because you changed your mind, bought the wrong item after reading its description, or lack the hosting the item requires.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually credit them within 5 to 7 business days. Refunded licences are deactivated.
